Permanent visiting professor at MIM-Kyiv. Police Colonel (retired). Head of Security for the Public Joint Stock Company “Ukrainian Bank for Reconstruction and Development”. Has more than 30 years of experience in criminal investigation and management of criminal investigation units, mostly in the area of economic crime. Worked as Deputy Director (economic security) for the “International Concern “Sodruzhestvo” (asset management); advisor to the Deputy of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (Member of Parliament of Ukraine); and advisor to receivers of failed bank. Was a visiting professor the Applied Legal Studies Department at the Law Faculty of the National University of “Kyiv Mohyla Academy”. Authored a number of publications on criminal proceedings and combating organized crime and corruption

Head Consultant for capital market development for PriceWaterhouse (1995—1996). PhD, head of the Information and Resource Center. Authored more than 40 publications on HR management, personal effectiveness, labor market and youth employment, and text books as well. Expert in conflictology. Has more than 14 years of teaching, training and consulting experience in the private and public sector.

In 2003 – 2008 she served on Board of Directors of the Kyivstar company where she set up and ran HR Directorate. Currently, Oksana is an organizational development and HR trainer and consultant.

She consulted numerous reform projects, such as the “Fiscal Reform in Ukraine”, ‘Ukrainian Accounting and Audit Reform Project”, “Reconciliation of Financial and Tax Statement in Ukraine”, “Ukraine Accounting Reform Project”, “CAP/CIPA” in Ukraine sponsored by the USAID. Worked in internal audit for the Ukrainian and international companies, taught in the universities, and worked in the research institutions. Training and education: Lovanium International Management Center (Belgium).
MBA. Permanent visit professor. Chief editor of Ukraine Economic Outlook, an independent consulting group that brings together leading economists of the country. Former editor-in-chief of the Ukrainian version of the Harvard Business Review. Consultant to the number of the governmental agencies.
Head of Foreign Languages section at the Humanities Department. Experienced translator and expert in cross cultural communications. Worked for the domestic and international companies. As the person responsible for the international communications enhanced visibility of Ukraine’s business education in the international community by facilitating positive coverage in the international publications, Financial Times in particular. Acts as a liaison between Ukraine’s business community and international professional bodies.
