Public administration effectiveness depends on the personal managerial efficiency of civil servants and their understanding of business administration principles.
Structural reforms proved the lack of skilled and well-educated people able of making complex managerial decisions ready for careers in the public sector.
The MIM started the first program for future civil service officials.
FUTURE CANDIDATES MUST
- Be ready for at least two years of career in public sector
- Be a university degree holder
- Be fluent in Ukrainian
- Have at least CEFR B1 level of English
The Program shall be any political actor support or government funding free

Internship in the public sector is a must
