News of the business school

In the pursuit of institutional growth, sustainable funding, effective idea promotion, and fostering common ground between the public sector and business, second-year MBA students embarked on a three-month journey alongside four nonprofit organizations. This collaborative effort was part of the MBA4NGO project, now in its third year, conducted in partnership with <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/philanthropy-in-ua/"> Philanthropy in Ukraine</a>.
MIM Business School has established a impressive tradition of providing consultancy services to the public sector. The three-month collaboration proved mutually enriching for both sides. Nonprofit organizations received comprehensive plans replete with recommendations, insights, and valuable contacts of potential partners. Equally, the ideas championed by these nonprofits found new advocates among MIM students dedicated to their respective projects.

Conversely, NGOs played a pivotal role in reshaping perspectives within business entities. For instance, following a visit to Nova Poshta's terminal, the Girls NGO proposed growth strategies aimed at enhancing female engagement within the company.
Impressively, NGOs wasted no time in implementing the recommendations put forth by MBA students, even before the project's culmination. Notably, 280 Days, an organization assisting pregnant women, strategically streamlined its operations, reallocating resources for broader developmental pursuits.
To deepen MIM students' understanding of working with the elderly, the Zhyttelyub Charitable Foundation invited the subgroup to join as volunteers in their Lunch Without Trouble initiative.
A significant engagement occurred at the Voices of Children Charitable Foundation's office, where MIM students keenly identified barriers hindering the foundation's operations. Leveraging MBA-acquired tools, they proposed solutions, emphasizing areas such as project management enhancement, fostering stronger ties with educational institutions, and elevating service quality for target audiences.
